Medici - Wine Barrel Bookcase

We have taken our best selling wine rack design and modified it to be a shelving unit. Perfect for storing books, collectibles, even wine!

The "Medici" is a bookcase crafted from TWO reclaimed Napa valley wine barrels that have been carefully taken apart and fashioned into a fully functional rack to hold your book collection. Each barrel is dried for up to 4 years before it's broken down, cut, sanded and assembled into a solid work of functional art. It's finished with 3 coats of clear UV sealer to protect it for a lifetime of use.

The wine-stained edges of the staves give this piece a lot of unique character. Don't let the elegant design fool you; its sturdy. Expertly assembled by experienced craftsman, it's ready to hold your prize collection of books, movies, or wine! 

Add a piece of glass or marble to the top and make an instant bar, for those who prefer to seriously (or not-so) entertain. 

We make these in a huge variety of sizes if you need something specific. 

It's shipped in a professional crate built in shop, and arrives ready to unpack and enjoy.
