Uksi - Barrel Stave Wine and Cheese Flight

The "Uksi" is made from 100% recycled Opus 1, Ruterford and Far Niente Napa barrels.

We kiln dry the barrel, break it down, and select a perfect stave. Then we sculpt out a handle, create a notch (or two!), and sand it silky smooth so it feels great in your hand and poses no risk at scratching fine glassware. After sanding it gets 3 coats of all natural food grade Tung Oil, and then it's ready for a lifetime of enjoyment.

The staves are solid oak which makes them incredibly durable, and the all natural sealer makes them easy to clean.

The handle fits comfortably in hands of all sizes, and the natural wine stain of the stave is a compliment to any color of wine you serve. 

We love using them for parties and our local wine tasting (We also make beer and tequila flights!). Perfect for breweries, taprooms, festivals, or restaurants.
